Stand names:  Please send me the name you would like to display at your counter for ProWein.  Deadline: Monday 20th January 2017.

*If your stand name is not received by the deadline date then Wines of South Africa will use the name as per your online registration.

Name badges:  Please send me the names of the people who will be representing your company at the fair, deadline: Monday 30th January 2017.
Exhibitor badges are limited; you can therefore order a maximum of 2 badges.

Press News: We have recently distributed the Wines of South Africa ProWein press release through our international offices.  To view the press release click HERE.
WOSA will supply the following:  Ice, water, spittoon, glasses, runners and every counter will have a bar fridge.
Wine shipment:  ONLY 12 wines are allowed per counter stand and, as space on the Wines of South Africa pavilion is limited with a maximum of 4 bottles per wine. 

There are 2 options for wine shipment. Both companies are offering additional services.

Note: Although Wines of South Africa and our contracted service provider will do everything in our capacity to avoid damage or loss, we will not be liable if this occurs and it is up to you, the individual company, to put in an insurance claim. The cost of shipping, clearance and any duties payable will be for your own account.
