This tool allows you to present extensive wine information on all the wines you present at ProWein.
What's visible from your portfolio is fully up to you and what kind of data you have entered.
Therefore, please view your profile on http://bottlebooks.wosa.co.za  and login via the link you have received via Bottlebooks.

Set-up:  
Set-up of the Wines of South Africa pavilion will be from 15h00 to 18h00 pm on Saturday 18 March 2017. You will receive your exhibitor pass and name badges during set-up at the Wines of South Africa information counter in Hall 9 on Pavilion B48. You don’t need an exhibitor pass nor name badge for the set-up on Saturday.

Exhibitor Passes:            
The exhibitor passes allocated to us from Messe Düsseldorf allows handing out 2 passes per counter stand. The exhibitor passes have to be pick up on Saturday during the Set-up at Stand 9B48 at the WOSA Info counter.
Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased in the Messe Center on the Set-Up day.
Cost per pass: € 50, 42 excl. VAT.

WI-FI@ Messe Düsseldorf: 
We are happy to announce that we have negotiated additional WIFI to our stand exhibitors at no additional cost. The Wi-Fi codes and passwords will be distributed to the Wines of South Africa Exhibitors on Saturday 18th March 2017, at the information counter at the Wines of South Africa stand along with your exhibitor passes.  Kindly note there are limited amount of passes per exhibitor and will be allocated in the same amount as you get exhibitor passes. Additional WiFi-passes are available for purchase at the WOSA Info-counter on the Set-up. Cost per pass: 36,00 EUR excl. VAT.

For your stay in Germany we can suggest you buy a prepaid Wi-Fi SIM card for German networks at the airport (Telekom, Vodafone, o2).

Wine Delivery:  
Wines shipped with DHL & Aspiring logistics will be delivered at 15h00 on Saturday 18 March 2017 to the Wines of South Africa pavilions. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to unpack their own wine.
