More than 800.000 visitors are expected in Düsseldorf down town on Sunday, 13th.  Therefore you have to calculate more times for arrival in the morning and departure in the evening at the fair and back again.
We also recommend to book a table in a restaurant before hand, as the gastronomy in old town will fully booked for Carnival-people. A list of Restaurants is available herewww.messe-duesseldorf.com
