Set-up:
Set-up of the Wines of South Africa pavilion will be from 15h00 to 18h00 pm on Saturday 12 March 2016. You will get your exhibitor pass and name badges during set-up at the Wines of South Africa information counter in Hall 9 on Pavilion B48. You don’t need an exhibitor pass nor name badge for the set-up on Saturday.

Exhibitor Passes:
Additional exhibitor passes can be bought directly through WOSA Germany by cash on Saturday.
Cost per pass: € 56,30 excl. VAT.
Your exhibitor pass allows you to use public transport free of charge two days before and after the trade fair.
Wine Delivery:
Wines shipped with DHL & Aspiring logistics will be delivered at 15h00 on Saturday 12 March to the Wines of South Africa Pavilions. Please ensure that you are available to unpack your wine.
Counter stands
Please note that space on the pavilion is limited and only 1 representative is allowed behind your counter at a time.
Meeting tables
Only for paying exhibitors on the Wines of South Africa stand. Please be considerate with your time when using a meeting table.

Messe Center ground floor: „International Lounge“
Here you can meet your business partners in a relaxed atmosphere. Entry: You need your exhibitor pass for entry.
Leftover wines:
Kühne&Nagel (Messe Düsseldorf) or Schenker (Messe Düsseldorf) will be able to ship your wines to any address you would like your wines to be shipped to. Please get in touch with them prior to the show to sort out details. Please bear in mind this will be on your own charge and needs to be sorted with your logistic partner individually.
The forwarding agents can be found at the offices on the fair grounds Logistic-Centrum (behind hall 3, next to gate 1). Also easily accessible on foot: through the passage between hall 5/6 or along the back wall of hall 3.

If you want to leave your wine to be used for PR purposes by the WOSA German office you can pack them in boxes and place them next to the kitchen entrances (B28 and B38). Thank you!
Wines of South Africa will supply the following: Water, spittoon, glasses, Crisp-bread snacks, runners and every counter will have a bar fridge.

WIFI@ Messe Düsseldorf:
Unfortunately we cannot provide free Wi-Fi at the Wines of South Africa Stand. The fairground-wide Wi-Fi network provides wireless internet access to exhibitors and visitors.
How does it work?
VOUCHER: Exhibitors can purchase internet access vouchers at the counter of Deutsche Telekom at the entrance to Messe Service Centre, which is located next to Hall 2.

HOUSEKEEPING “STAND MANAGEMENT”
Glasses You get clean glasses in the kitchen B28 and B38 and at several touch points at
the stands you will find racks with clean glasses.
Please empty the used glasses and put them back in the baskets provided.
In the evenings, all dirty glasses must be taken into the kitchen.
Cooler 3 coolers per exhibitor will be available in the kitchens B28 and B38
Ice Please use your fridge.
Spittoons Each counter is equipped with one spittoon, which we ask you kindly to take
back to the kitchen and empty them at the end of the day so you will get a
clean one next morning.
Water Sponsored by San Pellegrino, available in the kitchen B28 and B38.
Crisp bread Crispbread snacks will be available and served in kitchen B28, B38.
Empty bottles In the evenings you have to empty your bottles and place them in front of your counter to ensure that all bottles are visible and to be removed overnight.

*** Attention*** Sunday, 13 March – CARNIVAL-Festival “Grand parade” in Düsseldorf downtown
More than 800.000 visitors are expected in Düsseldorf downtown on Sunday, 13th. Therefore, you have to calculate more time for arrival in the morning and departure in the evening at the fair and back again.
We also recommend to book a table in a restaurant beforehand, as the gastronomy in old town will fully booked for Carnival-people. A list of Restaurants is available here www.messe-duesseldorf.com
