Dear ProWein 2017 exhibitor,
On behalf of the WOSA team I would like to ensure that you are inspired, excited and fully prepared for the 2017 show. ProWein remains Europe’s leading trade fair for all wine professionals and you as an exhibitor will be one of 6,300 exhibitors from 60 nations. South Africa will be amongst the 295 relevant winegrowing regions of the world on exhibition.
For ease, we’ve compiled a brief summary of some of the available marketing tools for this event:
WoSA has created our very own ProWein website with useful information about exhibitors, which wines will be at the show, a newsroom where we will share your press releases, travel information and even our online catalogue. All of this in one place: www.wosaprowein.com.
Be sure to visit the site and familiarise yourself with the handy information, specifically tailored towards South African producers.
As before, we encourage producers to engage on the various social media platforms. We will be using a unique hashtag: #WOSAProWein and will be sharing plenty of news, content and images on Facebook and Twitter both in the run-up and during ProWein. The official hashtag for ProWein is #ProWein2017 and you can tag us at @Wosa_ZA or link content, images or videos to our Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/wosasouthafrica/
This year WOSA partnered up with Bottlebooks to produce the 2017 online catalogue.
This online catalogue allows us to present extensive wine information on all the wines presented at our stand in Hall 9. Your portfolio is fully up to you. Therefore please view your profile on http://bottlebooks.wosa.co.za and ensure it is kept up to date. You are most welcome to make any amendments to your profile and add additional content about your wines and your company profile. Please log in via the link you have received via Bottlebooks.
Bottlebooks will enable visitors to prepare themselves for their ProWein visits. It is perfect on mobile devises, too. Visitors will be able to select and research our diverse offerings and generate their own tasting lists, sorted by price, variety, regions and who is seeking representation. The online catalogue is accessible via the www.wosaprowein.com website and will be promoted extensively within the time period middle February till the show begins. Further information how to use Bottlebooks to invite your contacts and trade partners, will be sent to you via the Bottlebooks service team - so stay tuned if you get an e-mail from them. If you have any further questions – please feel free to contact service@bottlebooks.me
The Route USA will be guiding U.S. visitors at ProWein 2017 to those producers who seek to meet them. As an exhibitor you can register for this programme and the participants of Route USA on the WOSA stand will receive a table card printed with both logos. The red (exporting to USA) and the blue (not exporting yet) will be clearly visible for potential buyers.
