Please note that space on the Wines of South Africa pavilion is limited and only 1 representative is allowed behind your counter at a time.
WOSA stand catalogue: Renee Barnard of Wine.co.za will contact you for your details to submit your catalogue information. A maximum of 12 wines are allowed per counter.
The catalogue will include a list of wines by varietal along with the exhibitor stand number. No individual exhibitor pages will be printed. All wines will be listed and promoted by WOSA via Winelink, www.winelink.co.za
Catalogue deadline is 15 December 2015. No entries after this date will be accepted.
Branding/Communications: Please supply me with the correct company name that has to go on to your stand by Monday 30th November 2015.
Wine shipment: Only 12 wines are allowed per counter stand and, as space on the Wines of South Africa pavilion is limited with a maximum of 4 bottles per wine.
There are 2 options for wine shipment. Both companies are offering additional services.
DHL:
- Cost per bottle: R118 per bottle, excluding the destination duties and taxes.
- Wine collection/ delivery for producers: Tuesday 15 February 2016

- Cost per bottle: R100 per bottle all inclusive.

Note: Although WOSA and our contracted service provider will do everything in our capacity to avoid damage or loss, we will not be liable if this occurs and it is up to you, the individual company, to put in an insurance claim. The cost of shipping, clearance and any duties payable will be for your own account.
