Pinotage, South Africa’s very own red grape, creates wines with richness and layers of flavour, Cabernet Sauvignon from the Cape is elegant and rounded, while Shiraz packs a punch and is the perfect partner to South Africa’s favourite style of cooking, the ubiquitous braai – that’s a BBQ to us.
