Messe Düsseldorf GmbH celebrated its 20th anniversary of ProWein in 2014. “Every year in March Düsseldorf becomes the centre and hub of the international wine and spirits sector – a fact impressively proven by ProWein 2014”.

The Messe are moving all of the exhibitors to a different set of hall in 2015. These are Hall 9 – 17 situated at the North Entrance. The Messe has confirmed they will place WOSA in Hall 9 with New World Wines (originally in Hall 1) at the Northern entrance which is situated close to the Tram line (Prime Spot!). We cannot guarantee the same stand layout and positing as in 2014 due to the allocation in a new hall but they have indicated that we will be well situated for traffic flow.

Counter:
These are adjoined 1 metre counters per producer. A maximum of 12 wines and one person behind the counter is allowed.
We have an early bird rate of R55 000.00 excl VAT per counter if paid by the 15th November 2014. Payments made after the 15th November will increase to R60 500 a counter.

6sqm:
These 6sqm booths offer you the opportunity to have individual branding, private meeting area housing a table and two chairs and a 1 metre counter space on the WOSA Pavilion.

The early bird cost per 6sqm booth is R118 440.00 excl VAT provided payment is received before 15 November 2014. Payments made after this date will increase to the cost of R130 284.

Bookings:
Should you pay by 15 November 2014 you will have the opportunity to choose your position on the stand in early 2015. Those who pay after this date will be positioned on the stand at WOSA’s discretion.

All bookings are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Kindly indicate by the 30th September 2014 should you wish to book a 6sqm stand.

WOSA will not be able to accept bookings that are subject to receiving EMIA funding. This does not mean that you cannot apply for EMIA funding, but simply that we will not take your booking or reserve a stand for you unless you 100% commit.

• Log into http://devportal.wosa.co.za/version1/membersLogin.aspx
• Click on “Register for a Trade Event”
• Select PROWEIN, GERMANY 2015 from the drop down menu
• Complete the Contract information with all the requested information
• If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your application, please contact Lesley@wosa.co.za
• Go back to the Home page and click on “Submit Trade Show Documentation”
• Select “Contact information”
• Complete the required fields with the contact details of the person/s who will need to receive all the show details
• When done, please click on “Register” to complete the process

DTI SSAS FUNDING

Wines of South Africa will coordinate an application to the DTI SSAS Funding for assistance of emerging businesses to participate at ProWein Germany.

If you are interested to participate at this show using the SSAS Funding scheme, please contact Lesley@wosa.co.za for a SSAS Funding application form. You are required to complete and submit the form with all supporting documents to the WOSA offices for the attention of Lesley Achilles by no later than Monday 29 September 2014 before 16:00. Please note that the dti will fund a maximum of 15 companies per show and applications will therefore be handled on first come first serve basis (No late submissions will be accepted and funding thereof will be subject to approval of our application by the DTI).

All Small, Medium and Micro-sized Enterprises (up to 200 employees with annual turnover of no more than R25million) can apply for this funding.
