The fifth Prowine China exhibition will run from 14 to 16 November 2017, in parallel to FHC China in terms of dates and location, and will be aimed at trade visitors from throughout China. WOSA will again organize a pavilion at the event, though space will be limited and counter stands will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Cost of a counter stand on the South African pavilion is R65,000 ex VAT for the 3 day exhibition. Stand package includes: shared store room, shared meeting area, 1 x lockable information counter with fridge shared between two counters, glasses, spittoons, ice buckets, and cleaning service. 

As a value added activity for SA wine companies participating in Prowine China as well as SA food companies participating in Food Hotel China, WOSA will co-operate with the Western Cape Department of Agriculture to host a walk-around trade event in Beijing after the Shanghai event. This is an optional event and information will be sent once your Prowine China booking has been confirmed.

Please note invoices will be payable 30 June 2017 and WOSA reserves the right to adjust pricing if there is a major USD / ZAR currency fluctuation. Costs excludes wine samples and local or international shipping costs to Shanghai.

-    Select “Register for a trade event” and book under the Prowine China, SHANGHAI 2017 dropdown.

WOSA cannot accept booking dependent on DTI funding. This does not mean that you cannot apply for funding, only that we cannot guarantee your space until you have 100% committed to the stand.
