Wines of South Africa will have a stand at Vinexpo Bordeaux 2015. In 2013 there were 2,400 exhibitors from 44 countries and 48,858 visitors from 148 countries as well as 1,290 journalists. Based on responses from our show survey in 2014 and the high costs of this show we will only be booking 72 sqm. This show is expensive, and therefore have a limited number of counters available.
Cost:
We have an early bird rate of R 85 000.00 excl VAT per counter if paid by 31 January 2015. Payments made after January 2015 will increase to R 93 500.00 per counter.

Bookings:
All bookings are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to exhibit, please contact lesley@wosa.co.za so that she can send you the contract agreement to secure your space. Kindly indicate by 15 October 2014 should you wish to book a stand.

WOSA will not be able to accept bookings that are subject to receiving EMIA funding. This does not mean that you cannot apply for EMIA funding, but simply that we will not take your booking or reserve a stand for you unless you 100% commit.

To apply for a table at the event:

• Click on “Register for a Trade Event”
• Select VINEXPO, BORDEAUX 2015 from the drop down menu
• Complete the Contract information with all the requested information
• If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your application, please contact Lesley@wosa.co.za
• Go back to the Home page and click on “Submit Trade Show Documentation”
• Select “Contact information”
• Complete the required fields with the contact details of the person/s who will need to receive all the show details
• When done, please click on “Register” to complete the process
